My event photography services allow you to kick back and enjoy your event while I take care of the images. Special events carry great value in the hearts of attendees and it’s much easier to have a photographer handling the picture duties than to have invited guests worrying over their cameras. Professional photographs taken with high-quality equipment will always turn out better than snapshots from phones or point-and-shoots.

Event photo shoots are charged by the hour. I prefer to have a detailed agenda of the event to ensure I catch all of the most important moments, and to meet with you beforehand to get an idea of exactly what you’re expecting from your event photographs and what moments you prize most. Clear expectations from you upfront ensure my coverage gives you exactly the photos you hoped to see.

I work with one person from the event who pays the full amount and is responsible for organizing the photo selection and distributing images within the group. You are welcome to share your login information with trusted group members; however, the person who schedules and pays for the shoot is solely responsible for the details of the session.

DepositA non-refundable deposit of 40% is due at the time you book your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the price of your session. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so with at least seven days' notice or the deposit will be forfeited. Exceptions for inclement weather, sickness, or emergency are at my discretion.
No-Show PolicyPlease note that sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Sessions cannot be extended for late arrivals. Additionally, sessions will be considered a "no-show" at 20 minutes past the scheduled start time; this will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
